Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Terra Games Yazılım ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, trading as Ruri Games ("Ruri Games", "we"), Ortaköy Mah. Ahmet Adnan Saygun Cad. Savoy Ulus Sitesi A22 Blok No: 66AB İç Kapı No: 10, Beşiktaş / İstanbul, Türkiye. By downloading, installing or playing Royal Disc (the "Game") you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for using a service like this. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you.
3. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Game; use cheats, bots, automation or exploits; interfere with the Game or its services; or use the Game for any commercial purpose.
4. Virtual items
Coins, lives, boosters, event rewards and similar items are virtual items licensed to you, not sold. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the Game, and cannot be transferred to other players. We may add, change, rebalance or remove virtual items and events as part of operating the Game.
5. No accounts; your progress
The Game does not use accounts. Your progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing its data or changing devices may erase your progress, and we may not be able to restore it.
6. Purchases
The Game currently offers no in-app purchases. If purchases are introduced, they are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, the price is shown before you confirm, and refunds follow the store's policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
7. Content and intellectual property
The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, names, sounds and text, belongs to Ruri Games or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. If you send us ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without obligation to you.
8. Changes to the Game
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Game or any part of it (including live events and levels) at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the Game. Sections 4, 7, 10 and 11 survive termination.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including consumer protection laws in the Philippines and elsewhere.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules or venue rights you have in the country where you live. Before any formal step, please write to us — most issues are solved by e-mail.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new version number; material changes will also be presented in the Game for your acceptance.
